Marineblu Ruffled Short Sleeve Jacket

Short sleeve ruffled jacket by Marineblu. Tag says large, but it is smaller than that- I’m a medium and you can see how it fits me. Please see measurements at the end of the listing to ensure best fit. It just fits me in the shoulders and I have narrow to medium size shoulders, so I don’t think it would be a good fit if you have wider shoulders. Color is teal in person. It looks more blue in photos but in real life it is much more teal. Cute Y2K style jacket. Preowned in great condition. 95% cotton/5% spandex. Not very stretchy, fabric just has a little bit of give.
