Max and Cleo white eyelit cotton summer dress, long v-neck, smocked waist

Dress is previously owned, gently worn, minimal signs of wear. Good used condition. I did find one small area of discoloration/hidden in the neckline ruffle (light charcoal colored smudge-- see photos). Fabric and lining are 100% cotton.
