Red and white polka dots supplemented with polka “mouse” dots and white lace-like material for ruffled tutu. UPF 50. Garment provides sun protection. Polyester and spandex. See last pix of “lace” has area with pulls not easily discernible to naked eye. These are not unraveling or a risk to the integrity of the garment.
