Italian brand Miss Sixty fit and flare skirt with lovely yellow flowers and a plaid pattern and a yellow petticoat tulle filler lining underneath! Feminine fit with a fitted waist and a fuller hip. Zippered closure on outer layer, and inner layer buttons closed. Inner layer can be removed and reattached via buttons along the top. Great condition, but there are two spots of discoloration on the neck of the skirt near the zipper closure (see photos). Fun and flirty vintage feel!
