It is a pullover with a drawstring v neck with fitted long sleeves and a fit and flare style. It is ribbed poly rayon spandex mix, so it has a nice and comfy stretch to it. It is a nice twist on the little black dress. It is a small and the shoulders measure 14 inches, the chest measures16.5 inches, and the waist is 13.5 inches un-stretched.
