azlaura1 Is the fur around the hood kind of matted or is it still fluffy? I’m asking because it kind of looks smooshed in the pictures and I’m wondering about it?

darren_free @azlaura1 yeah the fur got kind of matted in the wash I guess. I’m not sure if there’s a way to get it back to its original state.
