Musical Carousel Horse Victorian Roses Ribbons Pearls

Carousel horse that plays Somewhere out there. Works perfectly. I believe this is made of resin. I see no chips on the roses or pearls on the base but there appears to be only 3 black hoofs. The 4th would have been near the tail. Does not wind up by the horse only by the knob under the base. Please see my pictures for details as they are part of my description. 9” tall. 6” across horse
