Skirt has elastic pull-on waistband, maxi length, tag size M. Soft fuchsia pink cotton/nylon blend knit. Laying flat top measures about 19.5" pit to pit, 32" shoulder to hem; skirt measures about 13" across unstretched waist, 39" total length. I always pack carefully and ship out by next business day!
