valeriaa665 @anadanad63 Hi there!👋 This is what manufacturer says: Suggested Usage: -Apply directly onto clean, dry lips, using the doe-foot applicator. -Lay the doe-foot applicator flat against the lips to evenly distribute the richest pigment, applying in a back and forth motion. -For a more precise application, use the tip of the doe-foot applicator to apply gloss to the lip line. I use it on bare lips as well, but can imagine using it with a lip liner as well 🌺🌺🌺
