pattijuuti @chayabraunphoto The waist is 1 inch elastic with extra stitching. Unstretched it is 11.5" and stretches to about 18. Hip bone height is about 17" and lower hip is approx 20". Approx 21.5 for length with right side longer with more ruffles to 25". I hope this helps 🙂
