NWOT Polo 4.5 toddler suede boots, size 4.5

This is another pair of boots my grandson never wore. They are in great condition and ready for your little tyke to enjoy them for church or special functions. They are blue suede with a rubber bottom. Very similar to a pair of Clark's. Reposhing this item I purchased from @karm1234. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions?
