NWOT Red polka dot tunic dress

Red tunic dress with white polka dots. V-neck, slightly ballooned long sleeves and two tiered skirt. The size and care tags are all I have, so I'm not sure of the brand. Dacron is a polyester material. This dress is brand new but tags were removed. jun
