NWOT Samuel Hubbard Hubbard Flight Solo Sneaker Black and White Size 9

These are brand new without tags and a box. They are a black and white leather sneaker. The underside or the insole is marked a size 9. One of them the 9 is crossed out and a 10 has been handwritten in but when I tried them on and (I’m a 10-11 usually) they were too small for me but please let me know if you’d like me to measure anything prior to purchasing.
