NWT Cream and Black Oscar De La Renta Skirt Size 8

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jnchristian08. It’s a great skirt but is too big for me. Tag says it’s an 8 but it measures more like a 10 or even small 12. I’ve added pictures with the measurements.
