NWT Small Grey Dog Dress Coat with Black Bow

A NWT dog coat in grey felt-like fabric with a back ruffle detail and a black bow. Snap under closure. I love it! My dog, alas, is too big for it. The tag is M, but more an S. 12 1/2” long neck to hem.
