Hi! I’m trying to offer to get this as a gift in a birthday exchange- our limit is $20… if there is any way we can make that happen- I know she will love it!! So .. what about a combination of $12. + $5.85.(shipping) +$3.00 tax = over$20. But I know she’ll love it!!!But I am nit able to change the shipping to $5.95… so.. Hi! I keep coming back to this cardigan (because she loves black, and gray), but I’m a little iffy of whether a 3X will work! Would you please provide the bust and hip measurement with the garment laying flat, & with the front edges meeting tight together, please measure the bust from one side seam at the underarm across to the opposite side seam at the underarm; and the hip measurement (still front edges closed tight together) at about 8 inches below the waist.
