Needlepoint snowman Christmas stocking GUC

Adorable snowman needlepoint Christmas stocking, possibly vintage. Back is plain blue velvet. Hook for hanging. Measures approximately 19” from top to toe. Possibly hand made from a kit, as I don’t see any tags. GUC, but a couple of small loose threads, as pictured.
