New Skylar & Madison Floral Skirt Medium

This is a new skirt by Skylar & Madison in size Medium. It has a neutral tan base color with a floral print over it. The skirt has an elastic waistband and smocked rows with ruffle down it giving a great girly vibe to it. It is 100% Rayon. The flat measurements are 11.5 inch waist, 14 inch hips, and 16.5 inch length. The elastic waist and smocked sections allow for some give or stretch but the material is not very stretchy. Smoke free clean home. Retail is $40.
