I noticed that the tags/ label says size 16. Was this dress altered?

@jag820 My mistake, you are correct, it is a size 16. Thank you for pointing that out to me. It was slightly tailored on the sides of the bust and measures approximately ~17" from pit to pit and down the sides of bust.
