PURPLE POPPY citron green linen maxi dress beach summer vacation L?

Citron green linen with an off white leaf pattern. Popover style with button bust, spare button on inside label. Unlined. There is a small spot on the bottom of the back as shown. This is a boutique brand, however I was unable to locate the style name or a size chart. This is labeled a size 2 and also "one more size" so I was hoping for some clarification.
