Adorable Paper doll size 8 sleeveless navy blue top with green ruffles on bottom. There are side loops for a belt but there is no belt with item. Belt loops are not noticable and can be worn without a belt or ribbon through the loops. The top is in good condition. Made of 100% polyester. Machine wash cold with like colors, hang to dry.
