I think this is vintage, but I'm not sure what decade. Possibly 90s? 80s? It is scarlet red, plunge neckline with a keyhole below the bust, and the neckline is beaded with gold tubular beads and has a unique strappy design element! Hidden side zip Comes to about 4 inches above the knee. I think it runs true to size, because it looks big on my size 6 mannequin. Bust 36"-38" Waist 29" Hips 36" Length from shoulder 35.5" Excellent pre-owned condition!
