Picture frame

Beautiful black picture frame with white insert. Perfect for 5x7 photos. There is one small imperfection with this frame. I cannot get the top clasp in the back of the frame in place. However, the frame still holds together perfectly and this does not impact the functionality of the frame at all! I am open to offers.
