This more restrained follow-up to Pillsbury's The Complete Book of Baking (LJ
10/15/93) offers lower-fat, lower-cholesterol, lower-calorie recipes for both
sweet and savory baked goods. A few sound too much like diet food (pumpkin pie
made with evaporated skimmed milk and egg whites), but overall the editors'
approach is not the fanactical one of some low-fat dessert books. Most
collections will want to add Pillsbury's latest.
