Pink dress with lace insets

Purchase this beautiful dress for myself at a estate sale. Selling because it does not fit. Tag says xl but fits and measures more like a medium. There is no tags besides the xl one. Seems to be homemade. Also seems to never been worn because in perfect condition and bottom thread is still on the fringes. From chest on down it is 20”. Beautiful detailed quarter length arms are 19”. Total length is 28”.
