This beautiful, one of a kind pinkyOtto dress is fully lined and in perfect condition. Scalloped hem adds just that little extra extra something . There is no size tag attached, but based on measurements it is likely a size 2. (30 inch bust, 26 inch waist) Please ask if you want other measurements or a recheck. . I’ve listed it as a size 0 which is based on the bodice (30 inch);. The skirt has more give and could fit a 2,4,6. I purchased this, hoping it would fit me, but it is too tight. My loss is your gain. Would be perfect with heeled boots, or ballet flats, classy enough for the office, but coukd also pair with some peep toe stilettos for a cheeky date night look. Smoke free home.
