These had been adjusted they used to be a 38, I found one stain there might be more and there is also fading. My personal opinion is that the stain could be washed out with any kind of stain remover. There is also an old clothes it's not mildew so these will need to be washed. Nothing the best option once you get them is to have them dry cleaned, or you can ask me to remove the stain and give them a wash but it will be machine washed.
