Premier Designs blue swirl enamel bracelet and dangle earrings

This is a beautiful, hard to find Premier Designs, blue, swirl, enamel bracelet and earrings set. it is in excellent pre-owned condition (looks like new). The bracelet is approximately 7 1/2"in long. The earrings are very small (approximately 1 in drop).
