No size or material tags, looks to be cut out. Red Rayon type material that has ribbed design down it. top v shaped movable collar that is on front and back. Cap sleeves, Waist has elastic so does have stretch to it. This leads down to two tiers both in that v shape. Does have some slight pulls but not very noticeable. Matching belt tie that can be tied in front or back. Belted or bowed, your preference. Tiered skirt provides some coverage but would suggest a slip underneath.
