Vintage Penn State Sweatshirt. Ross sportswear. Made in the USA Teal color. One size fits all-80s fit, not very long, may fit some like a crop top. Looks to be a size medium. Pit to pit measurements-23” Collar to bottom-20.5”. Graphics in excellent condition. Collar has a small wave in it, but elastic is in tact, may just need washed and dried. This is a one of a kind find! I wish I were back in college, so I could wear it! #WeAre
