new without tag size XXL women polyester/spandex absolutely gorgeous special occasion skirt. the fabric looks has look and feel of crispy taffeta or thick nylon and nicely stretches with resistance so I believe it holds the shape perfectly. partially lined. front fully opening skirt zipper closure hided under ruffles which flow around the hem. approx flat lay measurements: waist: 18"- stretches up to 20" hip: 22" stretches up to 25 length: 35" I was thinking this skirt could be transformed to the dress if you add the shoulder straps (last picture)
