Sansa MP3 Player San Disk e250 2GB + Box for parts or repair as is Not Charging

This MP3 player comes with original box, charging cord, and storage pouch. It's in good cosmetic condition but only works when plugged in. The battery has been replaced but the unit will not charge for some reason. Sold as is for parts or repair. Please see pictures and feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
