Scaasi Bride for Eva Forsyth Black Sheath Mini Dress Sheer Back, Size 4 Vintage

This vintage dress by designer Arnold Scaasi is beautiful classy take on the LBD. It still has the original tags from Saks 5th Ave, and the inside tag has been cut. I believe it used to say "Scaasi Bride for Eva Forsyth" and maybe was intended as a bridesmaid dress or wedding guest dress. Scaasi's bridal work was popular in the 1990s. Short black dress with cap sleeves, round neckline, form-fitting style. Front of dress is solid black fabric with satin ribbon inserts circling around neckline and bodice. Back of dress has black tulle netting with four buttons down the back to waistline and then a hidden zipper from waist down. Fully lined with light boning in the front bodice near bust. Two vents on front of dress at hemline. No fabric tag but fabric is substantial with a light sheen and feels like a knit fabric.
