Set of 2 unique Sheik head ceramic mugs /‎ planters

Set of 2 unique Sheik head ceramic mugs / planters I wish I knew more about these. If you have any info please let me know. They are so unique! It seems they were used to hold pens or something as they are pretty marked up inside and I think the one has a stain. That same first one also appears to have a small chip off the bottom of the feather handle. Amazing detail and character to the faces.
