Brand new! It did not come with an attached hangtag but will be shipped in original plastic garment bag with barcode intact. This is so pretty! It’s a very versatile piece, measuring approximately 60 inches long and 28.5 inches wide. It’s rectangular but nice and thin so it folds down and bunches up really well as shown.
