Silver-tone reversible round puffy circle necklace with cut out hearts and CC

This beautiful necklace is reversible with letters CC charm. On one side of circle, there are faux diamonds and letters CC, on the other there are cut out hearts. The CC charm can be flipped. This charm is on a beautiful silver-tone snake chain.
