Small Shop Handmade Twirl Dresses

2 small shop handmade ruffle twirl dresses. Both look to be a size 4 but there are no tags to be 100% sure. The white has attached bloomers (skirted leotard) the yellow does not. They are very stretchy and well made. Soooo cute!! Please see measurements below. Yellow- Length- 17” Pit to pit- 10” White- 16” Length from shoulder to bottom of bloomer- Pit to pit- 10”
