Stunning 60s blue evening gown, pleated skirt, sheer attached cape, M, v-neck

This is a gorgeous blue 60s evening gown. It just flows and drapes beautifully. The skirt of this dress is pleated. There is a center front applique and the sheer cape is attached here and then wrapped around the shoulders. The cape attaches around the neck with a hook and eye close though the eye is currently missing. Label - none found size - Medium - estimated some stretch except at waist pleated skirt back zip no pockets no lining sleeveless pit-pit 17" waist 14" (no stretch at the waist) hip 32" (free) length 54" Condition - excellent. The only issue is the cape's closure at the neck is missing the eye from the hook and eye. Hanger checked
