TR Line and Dot Handkerchief skirt - EUC

Line and Dot Handkerchief Hem Skirt - EUC - Unique layered skirt done in panels. Rich twill like fabric has some weight to it which allows for a beautiful drape. Maybe a sample because it only has the maker tag, no size or content. Partially lined. Back invisible zipper with hook and eye closure. There is stretch to the fabric, mostly poly or poly/rayon with a touch of spandex for fit and shape. Lining is torn at back zipper. (Shown in photo) XS size most likely. Waist is approx 13" from side to side lying flat. Hip is approx 17.5" from side to side lying flat. Center back is approx 32". Center front is approx 31.5" at longest bottom edge.
