Talbots Plus Size 1X 100% cotton plaid 3/4 sleeve, smocking, open neck Like New

This is a nice crisp 100% cotton top from Talbots in size 1X. It is semi-sheer in a pretty blue and white plaid. There is smocking all around the open neck and the cuffs. Like new. Bust is 23” Length is 27” Measurements are approximate. If you have questions, need more pics, etc just ask!
