This is a rayon spandex net with plenty of stretch. That waist will stretch easily to 17 inches. The tie day is an ombre from black to brown to a topi gray. The asymmetric wrap front ends in a long fringe period. Perfect as a dress strapless, as that waistband is a roll over and works as a bodice as well. In excellent condition.
