Another Norman Rockwell classic. It's a limited ed. Rockwell plate entitled "The Old Scout" and it's the 1990 issue of the Heritage Series. Fourteenth issue in the series. Approved by the Norman Rockwell Family Trust and crafted by Knowles China in a limited edition permanently closed in 1990. Numbered and signed. It's 8 1/2" wide and in excellent condition. Comes with box and certificate.
