The Pampered Chef Cool & Serve Tray Green and clear with removable compartments. The green panels should be placed in the freezer the night before, they will freeze and act as ice trays for your food. They can be flipped over to to store and transport your deviled eggs safely. One of the clear plastic compartments slipped and broke the edge off. It is still functional and can be seen in the 11th photo.
