NWT Traffic People Tess romantic velvet belted mini wrap dress in gold leopard print, size x-small. Deep v-neck, puff sleeves with elastic at the opening, fully lined. Fabric is a chiffon with velvet accents for the "leopard spots". Side zip closure, elastic waist, but otherwise no stretch. Viscose/polyester, dry clean. New with tags.
