Transcend JetDrive 720 960GB,Internal,1.8" (TS960GJDM720) SSD for MBP 2012/2013

Bought it a while back and only used as an external storage, used it for file transfers in/out probably like 5 times at most and that's it and just sat in the drawer for a couple of years until I found it. It worked very internittently so that's why I list this as for parts or not working. I can hear the Windows chime sound when connected but nothing shows up on Drives, the light on the enclosure lights up. Not sure whats wrong with it The enclosure is OWC Envoy Pro (OWCMAU3EVOYPRON) and works perfectly fine, one screw can be used with both T5 and T6 screwdriver but the other only T6.
