Remove the tag and can be worn on either side SIZE: Kids 3T (head circumference 20.5" per UV Skins size chart) Measurment's: All measurements are approximate to my best ability. About 28" around the brim edge, about 7 1/2" from top to hem edge Materials: 100% polyester. I see no defects, stains, or ripped seams. In excellent pre-owned condition.
