Unusual King/Warrior piece

This is a very unusual peace. It looks like a king or Warrior type face. Looking at the back looks like you could make it into a necklace type piece. Please see the pictures it's very unusual. Piece measures about two and a half inch round. Back of it looks like a brass type material. Needs cleaning
