ViTG Plaza Suite for BETMAR Womens Ladies Blue Fishnet Veil Bow Wool Hat. Overall this beautiful hat is in good shape. It could use a shaping and steaming!! There is a scuff mark on the front velvet, the bow is kind of squished and there is a bit of a concave at the very top (see pics)
