VTG 60s-70s Howard Wolf Polka Dot Pussy Bow Midi Secretary Dress

Vintage 1960s-70s midi secretary dress by Howard Wolf. Size 13 on the tag, which is probably a juniors size. Would likely fit a women's Small, please see measurements for personal fit. Zip up back. Customizable pussy bow under the peter pan collar. 3/4 length sleeves. Darting seams on bust for form. No fabric make-up on tag, but top feels like an acetate/nylon/polyester, and skirt like a linen-feel cotton/poly weave. Dress has belt loops, but no belt is included. There are a number of tiny pin holes on the back, near the darting seam, like you'd see from a tag hanger. Pictured. Hard to see unless looking close up. Otherwise great vintage condition!
