Vintage 1970s era silky blue party dress. Sleeveless, with high banded collar. Talon zipper on the back, with buttons. Fabric feels like silky lightweight polyester. Elastic waist, with belt loops, though no belt is included. No tags other than a lot tag. Would probably fit a size Medium best. Hem will fall below the knee. Great vintage condition!
